We need to connect more dots
I'm always amazed to open my eyes and see the glimmer of line, like a thread of spider silk, between two concepts. Two concepts that I'd never connected before. Once I squint a bit more, that connection gets much thicker, and borders on obvious. The learning and development space is overflowing with those sorts of connections.
